6. Payments & Transactions

All transactions are subject to availability and confirmation. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by banks, third-party providers, or network issues.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
